Fulfillment Policy
Shipping
All orders are shipped from the United States, typically within 1–3 business days. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS.
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order — we aren’t able to re-ship or refund items sent to incorrect addresses.
Some items are made to order, and may take 1–2 weeks to ship.
International Orders
International shipping is available. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and may vary depending on your country’s regulations.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it begins processing right away, so we’re not able to cancel it after checkout. If for some reason something is wrong with your order, please use the contact information above and issues can be resolved on a case by case basis.
Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and undamaged. Use the contact form or email to start the return process. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued once the product is received and verified to be in its original condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. Send us a description of the issue along with some photos, and we’ll do our best to sort it out quickly.
